Quetin to retire from air pollution district (The Monterey County Herald)

After 27 years of service with the Monterey Bay Unified Air Pollution Control District, Douglas Quetin is retiring as the district's air pollution control officer. Quetin has served as control officer since 1994, overseeing a staff of 40 employees at the air district.
