On Jan. 11, the US Environment Protection Agency released its first national report listing greenhouse gases (GHG) causing climate change submitted by industrial and other facilities. Unsurprisingly, fossil fuel-fired power plants led emitters, followed by refineries, and two Cochise County facilities were high on the Arizona state list.
