Fitch Ratings has assigned an ‘AA-/F1+’ rating to the California Pollution Control Financing Authority’s $6,000,000 variable-rate demand solid waste disposal revenue bonds (Bidart Dairy Project), series 2002. Governor Eliot Spitzer has selected RIT to host the Pollution Prevention Institute. The governor proposed $4 million for the institute in his executive budget, in addition to the $2 million he included in last year’s budget.
